Big difference here though is, if you had a fling with the hottie down in accounting would it turn into a national scandal? You would be the butt of jokes within your company and your wife would crush you in the divorce proceedings, but that would be about the end of it.

These guys seek the limelight and the big $$ that go with it. I have no clue who the governor of Arkansas is, but I certainly know the university hired Bret Bielema last week.

Not sure what the contract parameters of the deal with WKU are, but I think it would be accurate to say it will be nowhere near the $$ he would have made at Arkansas just this year (2012). If he had owned up to the whole situation when it happened, I really doubt Arkansas would have fired him. As things are though, he has “only” lost more money than you and I will see in our lifetimes.
