The younger son had played longer and was rated pretty high.

Hopefully they can learn from their bumps in the road and learn to be more patient.

Maybe another path would be better. Trying to live up to a HOF father has it’s difficulties.

I thought Nick Montana initially attended ND, but hey, maybe I’m incorrect. I guess the Irish couldn’t hold onto this 4 or 5 star. Look, neither Arkansas or Southern Cal could do any development of Mitch Mustain. It happens. Nothing to be too disappointed about although it is Joe Montana’s son. Joe Montana, the Hall of Famer! What’s Notre Dame thinking, insulting a Hall of Fame player, a ND grad no less! Not a big deal though because Tulane is perceived stronger academically than the “Golden Dome”. BTW, whatever happened to Gary Grey? Did he just exhaust his eligibility or did he graduate? Oh well, ROLL TIDE in the NC!

Last time I checked ND is doing just fine in the BCS championship.

Also #1 … 99% graduation rate.

But hey maybe Tulane is a gem of a school.

Montana was a 4 or 5 star guy in high school by scout and rivals. He had his chance at Washington and did not look good at all. As a UW fan, I felt bad for the kid.

Hope he does well at Tulane though.
