If I’m an athletic wear company, I’d make a point of only inviting teams that wear my gear, assuming there are 2 six-win teams that would qualify. What a farce. Would love those publicity pictures. “Hold up that RUSSELL ATHLETIC Bowl trophy, please… just make sure it covers your Nike logo, okay Coach?” What an embarrassment to Russell Athletic.

Oh, now that’s not nice! I doubt you even know Chas Dodd or even heard of him. I think you are trying to attack me from another post I wrote….and to be perfectly honest, you are so INSIGNIFICANT, I cannot quite remember what it was that so stimulated you to write this stupidity. Dodd deserved to be given a chance because he is much more mobile than Nova and is not concerned about getting hit. Chas Dodd is a young man who was the incumbent starter…until beaten out by Nova. Dodd is absolute garbage. Hes as useful as Lattimore’s ACL.

The Rutgers QB has been awful the last six games. He has lost his confidence and his mechanics are off the charts bad. Only thing worse was the RU Head Case….I mean Head Coach who refused to play the back-up QB who was the starting QB in high school that had Marcus Lattimore as RB! This young man, Chas Dodd, is a class act who has tremendous leadership quality. But Rutgers Head Coach is an intractable knucklehead who does not know how to use his assets! Horrible display by Gar Nova and Kyle Flood!

the Belk Bowl seemed to be constant motion with 82 points scored (14 in the last 74 seconds) credit the duke team that no one thouoght had a chance with coming into the game with a chip on the shoulder. also credit the UC team that realized that the Dukies werent going to rollover and the result was a seasaw battle in the second half.

Brian Stinespring is the OC (cause he’s been there ten years), but Mike O’Cain calls the plays (former .500 coach at NC State in the mid to late 90s). I dont get it either, though I guess they arent gone, yet, because Beamer has enough say in the program and likes them enough to keep them there.

This game set offensive football back at least 50 years. These teams were PATHETIC. I felt sorry for Joe Tessitore on ESPN trying to make the game seem at least a tiny bit watchable.
