You really believe he left Wisconsin because he couldn’t pay his assistants? Pretty sure it’s because he didnt like being told how he was going to coach. Bielema looked lost at all times when Alvarez was telling him how to coach. Imagine what’s going to happen when he has to make big boy decisions himself. Probably something to the tune of a lot of close losses.

He is just a symptom of their problem. It starts at the top where they don’t spend squat on coaching staffs or recruiting. The financial landscape of college football has changed immensely. UM has not kept pace with that at all and now is relegated to coaching staffs that aren’t on anyone’s radar and subpar recruiting. Not to mention their laughable facilities. Their model simply doesn’t work now. It may put together a little run with the oodles of talent that surround them but it will never build an elite program that can compete year in and year out. Cane fan can’t wrap their brain around this. They think they are a couple of DT’s away from being “back.” And none of this considers that there is a glistening guillotine hanging over their neck. Do you need anymore proof than the fact that they haven’t/can’t win the terrible ACC? It’s called a dumpster fire.

I laughed loudly when he was announced as LB coach at TCU and TCU fan got testy with me. “Axe” them now how they feel about that mush mouth moron. He was HANDED an overrated recruiting class (’08) and still screwed up every imaginable aspect of that program. When he was finally fired after COUNTLESS embarrassments, the South Florida media crushed him. He was paranoid and destroyed relationships like few can do. By the end, even the “he’s a great recruiter” crowd, his Only fans, were roasting him.

UM operates that eroded athletic department on a shoestring budget. That is why they only pay for unqualified stiffs like Shannon. ( but Golden…blah blah blah, shut it cane tool)

But yeah, he took a lateral move as a LINEBACKER COACH. Don’t get ally huffy Razorback fan, but you are getting nothing more than a warm body with this guy. Just ask bloodied cane fan. Who really f’ing cares about this tool.
