Hey Notre Dame fans, I CAN’T HEAR YOU!!!

That wasn’t a game, it was an old-fashioned a**-whuppin’–and I never get tired of seeing Notre Dame on the receiving end of one of those.
I loathe Alabama and Nick Saban, but damn, they’re good–and I loathe Notre Dame, their phony mystique, their worship of long-ago titles, and Brian Kelly even more.

The Tide certainly rolled tonight. Congratulations to Nick Saban, his assistants and staff, the players, the students, and all of U of A’s fans. You have a great team and have every right to strut and boast, at least until next summer.

Congrats to Alabama…they took it to Notre Dame from the opening kickoff, and Notre Dames vaunted defense looked like my Texas Longhorns…they forgot how to tackle

ps….congrats also go out to Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi St, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Missouri, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, and Agriculture & Mechanical for their big win also tonight…maybe Alabama will let them display one of the three BCS titles

I left out Auburn because they would never put on their skirts and pom poms to cheer for any university of alabama team

I don’t think McCarron is a potential NFL superstar, but it wouldn’t take much to be better than Sanchez. Heck, McElroy is better than Sanchez … and McCarron is better than McElroy (although McElroy is more likeable).

not really sure what world “idolized” is living in – there’s a Bama fan mocking ND’s deceased video assistant on this site’s ND page.

That said, Bama is light years ahead in talent at virtually every position. I do believe McCarron is the next Mark Sanchez however. Mediocre talent masked by all-world teammates. Eddie Lacy though – amazing.

True, true! How I wish we could have gotten Richardson. He’s wasted in Cleveland. Barrett Jones would be a brilliant addition to our line, if we could keep DeCastro and Pouncey healthy. We have to get rid of Colon–he costs too much for someone who can’t stay upright. But we need that power back. I don’t know what to say about our receivers. Maybe if Wallace had gone to camp and learned the new offense instead of playing prima donna. Sigh …
