The Cuse had one winning record since the turn of the decade, they went 10-3 in 2001 under current UConn head coach Paul Pasqualoni, who was fired after going 4-8 in 2002 and back to back 6-6 years in ’03 and 04.

The Cuse then brought in former Texas and NFL defensive coordinator Greg Robinson and he ran the program in the ground going 1-10, 2-10, 4-8 and 3-9 in his four seasons there from 2005-2008.

Marrone has righted the ship considering how bad they were….going 25-25, a big east co-championship this season(they blew out Louisville, who bitch slap sec heavyweight Florida in the sugar bowl) and two bowl wins were huge…thats the reason he got the Buffalo job….
