The only facts are:
1. She filed for a protection order making the allegations against him.
2. He filed for a protection order against her mother and herself. Allegations not made public.
3. She was granted the protection order. It’s granted “ex parte”, which means the defendant is not given the right to legally defend him/herself in front of the Judge, initially. Hearing is usually w/in 10 days.
4. He was denied the protection order. Judges findings not made public.

Some odd things of note:
1. It’s extremely rare for men to file for a protection order. Let alone against a woman and her mother.
2. Only her allegations were made public by the TPD. Not his allegations, nor the Judges formal denial.
3. No domestic violence charges have been filed yet. From 18 days ago. It doesn’t take much for DV investigators to build a case, let alone one with physical marks.

One would think from the information provided it would be a slam dunk. But apparently it isn’t. Is it far fetched to think that maybe her mother and her staged this and filed false allegations?

Constitution makes us “Innocent until Proven Guilty”. Unfortunately, society is losing sight of that.
