Which would be a better spot to land? OC/QB coach with a dynamic young QB or the mess the Jets have under center?

That entire Stanford staff is NFL ready. I think David Shaw will be a better NFL coach than Chip Kelly.
Besides, if Pep goes to the Jets, he would soon realize that there is a significant decline in talent of that offense that his playcalling cannot help. Plus, the OC of the Jets might be a temporary job considering that Rex Ryan could get fired next season and the Jets would clean house.
There will be better jobs ahead for Pep.
