That’s the price guys pay when their other brains over-rule the one in their heads and two of them take a drunk female to a hotel room. If you ride the wave, you gotta know it crashes eventually. Besides, we weren’t there, we don’t know what happened.

It’s unfortunate in these cases, that the men involved, who did nothing wrong, have their reputations forever tainted, while the women who make false accusations stay anonymous.

Not all that complicated. Girl has a few drinks and invites two guys back to her hotel room at 2:00 a.m. (You think the plan was to play Scrabble?) Then she feels guilty about it afterwards.

The only part I don’t get is how it took this long to close the case. It sounded like there was never any actual evidence to truly open a case, let alone keep it alive for this long.

If there was a video, and if it was used as evidence, it would have been reported.

Otherwise, the video is an “urban myth” that allows longhorn fans to feel better about themselves.

Before the anti-Texas crew shows up and starts claiming people were paid off or this is a cover up, know this: there was a video shot by one of the two which the girl may/may not have known about during the act. After the “act” she realized a video existed and freaked out. She called the cops, they examined the evidence and found everything except the recording to be consenting.
