Their opponent is usually going to have a fair amount of talent when he lines up across from them, so for some, it will come as a big surprise.

Your use of the term “drama queen” is interesting. We pay attention to every move these kids make. High School games are nationally broadcast on Espn, for god sakes.

Then, after the season these kids not only hold press conferences, but people actually televise those press conferences just to find out where they’re going.

But you—and I suspect many others like you—expect all of this attention should make these adolescent boys something other than adolescent boys with an inflated view of importance. Then you just can’t wait for them to be “humbled” in college.

I guess I just don’t get “fans” like you.

Hugh Freeze and the Ole Miss (I have a habit of saying Rebs) team are doing extraordinarily well in recruiting this season. There will be great pressure on the program over the next few years, but this is welcome to this program. Hope they can translate this success to success on the field in every game but against LSU. In that game, tradition must triumph, and in that LSU game it must be “Go to h—–l, Ole Miss!”
