Reports: UCF O-line coach interviewing with Tide

With offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland leaving Alabama for a job with the Philadelphia Eagles, Nick Saban has begun the interview process to keep the tide’s O-line one of the best in the country year in and year out.

Reportedly, that includes speaking with UCF O-line coach Brent Key. Jeremy Fowler of CBSSports first reported the news with TideSports.com later confirming.

Key’s been with the Knights for eight years, coaching the offensive line for the past four. He started out as a grad assistant before being promoted to tight ends coach and special teams. Key is also currently the team’s recruiting coordinator.

UCF finished the 2012 season with a 10-4 record, and finished 44th in rushing yards per game.
