Unless you are privy to the inner sanctum of the USC Athletic Department and the AD, you don’t know what you’re talking about.

On the outside, it seems that yes, Kiffin is in the hotseat, but unless you know what his contract states, and those of the coaches, we are all just guessing. Save your guesswork for Vegas.

Coaches on seats as hot as Kiffin’s aren’t in a great position to attract top assistants. Thus, you see guys jumping up from lower level programs and guys who got dumped from their NFL jobs. Does anybody really believe Lane is going to hit a home run with any of these hires?

1. Why do you need a running game coordinator, a passing game coordinator and an offensive coordinator?

2. Why do you have 2 offensive line coaches, then have the special teams guy coach the tight ends?

3. A DC fired from the Cardinals and fired from the Chiefs and fired from Cal.

USC is a mess. They win 4 – 5 games next year and then it’s clean house.

Wow! The negativity from you kids is telling of your approach to life. You must’ve been the bullies in your school while growing up, loving to kick a guy when he’s down. Try growing up for a change. Life is so much more fun and interesting when you don’t focus on other folks’ misgivings.

Try working on your won first.

USC will always be considered “The Program” and one in where high performance kids want to play and the NFL look to fill the ranks with quality, high performance players.

Remember, that right now 20 5* and 4* players cannot play at USC, and next year that number will be 30, so they are forced to go to other schools, whereas, if there wasn’t a schollie sanction in place, they’d be Trojans for life.

A running back coach doubling as a pass game coordinator? Yup, LK definitely not relinquishing his play calling. Can’t really blame him. He knows this is his last year to prove he’s the guy. Might as well control as much as he can on the way out.

On paper, it appears as if LK is making big moves, looks like a card shuffle to me and a last chance grasp to save his ass.

Will it be enough to save his job? I still don’t see where he is giving up his play calling responsibilites?
