I will give credit where its due. Saban did the right thing here but I wouldn’t be shocked to see any of those kids back on the team again at some point.

Hey snaxdsp, you’re a LSU fan right? Trying to get a handle on which team you represent and why you hate Alabama so much. I have to admit it was hard at first to figure it out because all of the articles I found that you had commented on were about Alabama and the comments you left on them were pretty much like the one on here letting everybody know how much you hate them (Bama). One of my favorites was the one where you said “Bama is garbage” on the article asking which team us fans thought would win the National Championship Game, right before Bama kicked their ass all over the field proving your football IQ to be lacking to say the least. But all those comments pretty much took me no where because let’s just be honest, Alabama isn’t the most popular team in the college football landscape as of late and there are a few teams that have fans that are still pretty mad about the losses they suffered at Bama’s hand. Plus you NEVER once were man enough to say which team you represent when you were bad mouthing Bama. But then I found a few comments that showed you hated my favorite NFL team the Falcons, and a few ACTUAL comments a real fan would leave about the Saints. There’s also your disdain for all things Saban. So BOOYAH, you must be a LSU fan, I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure I’m not…I didn’t go back that far so if you had admitted it at some point, sorry I didn’t get that far, this is fun, but believe it or not, I do have better things to do with my time. You did admit you were a fan of a SEC team though, but you didn’t say which one, remind me again how many SEC teams there are in Louisiana??? Exactly! So now your asinine comments make perfect sense….Carry on….;)

It always amazes me about the stupidity and jealousy of fans (See most of the above comments) in reacting to a serious matter. Well I suppose losers and stupidity go hand in hand. Two of those players were 5 stars and two were high 4 stars and three played significant time last year. None had ever committed a misdemeanor much less a felony before. Shame how one night can ruin a person’s life. Why not some of the stupid losers who commented above.

Wait! Hang on a second here guys! You mean to tell me that Alabama and Nick Saban are the only school/coach in history to pull a “scholie” and give it to another player? And hang on what is this “news” about having a few bad apples? Man I guess I’m just glad this sorta thing isn’t happening at every school, in every state, across the entire US.

This was the right call and Saban is correct, I’ve heard little, as far as trouble, coming out of Bama while the players are student-athletes. 4 jerks do not get to define a program.

Saban is glad four players were arrested! he can count them getting kicked off as four more scholarships towards the NCAA cap which he is 10-12 players over as it is.
