		<description><![CDATA[Nepotism leads to myriad potential problems, not the least of which are:
1) It&#039;s harder for the head coach to recognize when changes need to be made due to emotional attachment to the assistant.
2) Even if the head coach does recognize the problem, it&#039;s too much to expect he will actually fire the assistant.
