I am the opposite of a Trojan fan, but they will *always* have great potential in football given the fact that the school recruits itself. Great academics, sun, LA, beach, other salient attractions… they will always get a bevy of talent coming through.

To call them irrelevant “for decades” is just laughable.

That said, thank God for Lane Kiffin. What a rube. With the talent that USC pulls in almost automatically, it takes real talent to lose with it. Haden should take the reins himself while he finds a decent coach. Hope he doesn’t though.

@RS… It is well established you aren’t a fan of Kiffin, USC or any other college football program save Alabama or the SEC. USC isn’t some marginal podunk school that will disappear after a single marginal season despite the idiotic sanctions imposed by the NCAA. Considering the level of talent the school attracts, USC’s academics and with LA as it’s home market it is going to be a focus of media attention and haters such as yourself who want to make ignorant comments.

Kiffin is getting more and more excuses ready for another dismal USC season. Everything should be ok delusional Haden is willing to go down with the USC ship. Will USC ever be relevant again. Probably not in the next couple of decades. Lose on.
