Hard to berate the kid because I know I’ve driven after drinking in the past. A lot of us have. You’d like to think that because they’re high-profile athletes they’d know better, but they don’t. We should be grateful that no one was seriously hurt or killed, and hope that this becomes a lifestyle altering moment for him. I wouldn’t necessarily say I was ever an “alcoholic” per se, but after not remembering driving home one night, I knew I had to change. Haven’t touched alcohol in over 20 years. Maybe he’ll learn what I did: if you need to drink to have a good time, you’ve got bigger problems than any bottle can cure.

This is bad. I seriously can’t remember the last time a UW player got a DUI.

Karvio Middleton had weed issues and got the boot after being given many chances.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
