Iowa could make sure its pink visitor’s locker room is Pepto Bismol pink and state it is there to help curb the aggression and violence, as is it used by hospitals for the criminally mentally insane. Or they could just put a large sign above the entry door “Fail Room” as Alabama has done (though it does help to have a donor by the name of James Fail from Mobile). They could consult with Sheriff Joe Arpaio about his tent city and uniforms for those he incarcerates.

A “FBS Plus” division will be rumored for as long as the NCAA does not have proper oversight and accountability. The Executive Committee made up of university presidents should exercise some oversight. The Board has already indicated there will be no dismissal of Emmert. If the Executive
Committee passes a “no confidence” vote, that will be the beginning of the end for Emmert. The NCAA is needed to keep away complete anarchy, but it needs restructuring, reforming, and re-everything. It has been a mess for a long time now and recent events have pointed out its failings once again.

All attorney’s representing Miami should file motions to dismiss. Dismiss the whole case. Sure this rogue booster did many things wrong. The case would have been easy to prove, but the NCAA investigators botched it all. It is like the D.A. or US Attorney not keeping the chain of evidence secure, and it became tainted. Don’t go to court and be embarrassed. Save money, save time, save face (whatever remains), the NCAA should just dismiss all cases and charges, and move on.

Regarding the pink locker room, apparently there are far too many attorneys with time on their hands.
