As southernpatriots’ patriarch posted many months ago about Coach Al Golden–he needed to receive a “combat pay bonus” to navigate through the morass of charges, and what we did not know at the time would be a bungled NCAA investigation.

Coach Nick Saban is doing a good job of responding to jealous coaches who sometimes overload their mouth with their foot. It would seem Stoops would get back to drafting and developing a decent defense which go a lot farther to help his team than denigrating the SEC. Weis needs to look at numbers alright, the numbers on a scale and maybe reduce them.

It would not matter if the entirety of the Big 12 coaching staffs, B1G coaching staffs, PAC coaching staffs, ACC coaching staffs and add some others in if you would like, want to run their mouths in the off season. The season is coming. The SEC will perform extraordinarily and most entertainingly. Likely will win a majority of the bowls against teams from other conferences as with previous decades and will add another crystal football.

According to Andy Staple’s article, the ACC would have had 3 teams considered by the selection committee over the last 10 years and ZERO ACC schools would have made the College Football Playoff.

Why do some people still include the ACC as a power conference?

Re: Al Golden…yes, we are all eager to relegate the U case to history, and I’m a FSU fan. Enough’s enough.

I’m not going to argue with Charlie Weis about his “bottom of the league comments” because if anyone knows about being at the bottom, it’s him.
