New Mexico State will wear pink jerseys against Rice

New Mexico State will honor Breast Cancer Awareness month by wearing pink jerseys against Rice this Saturday.

The Aggies are ‘tough enough to wear pink’ according to the school and this is just the latest endeavor on their behalf to raise awareness of the issue. In 2007, NMSU became pioneers of this type of event, when they dedicated one football game week a year to raising funds and awareness for breast cancer research.
