Junior Alex Twine suffered an injury to his labrum last weekend and has already been ruled out of Saturday’s game against Wake Forest. Head coach Randy Edsall said the injury is severe enough that it could force Twine to miss additional games.
Twine was making his first start of the season in the win over Virginia. Over the previous two seasons, Twine had started a total of nine games.
This season, Twine has been credited with 20 tackles and one forced fumble through six games.
