LSU RB has warrant issued for arrest, booted from team

Jeryl Brazil

Recently suspended freshman running back Jeryl Brazil is no longer a part of the LSU football program. The school announced the roster change Thursday after head coach Les Miles confirmed the decision.

Brazil had a warrant issued for his arrest for an alleged simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, according to The Daily Reveille. The charge is a felony offense, and the incident occurred in November. It is not Brazil’s first apparent run in with the law either. Brazil was indefinitely suspended in October after being issued a misdemeanor summons for simple battery and simple criminal damage to property. He did not return to the field for the remainder of the season for LSU.

Brazil had just two carries this season for a total of 10 rushing yards. He played in just one game this season.

Idiot Seattle fans shouldn’t comment on any teams “behavioral problems”. Ped’s will bring y’all back to earth.

If they just pay the players, there would be no need to steal.
I mean this guy with real money, would just a responsible student athletic.

Surprising the team didn’t vote to keep him around.

Yet ANOTHER $ECheat player in the “Local Section” of the news. $EC does seem to have more thugs and criminals than all of the rest of the other college conferences combined! LOL!

With all the $EC players in prison, they could film “South $EC Forty”. Home team would be the school with the most inmates….so far its close between Alabama and LSU; but don’t count Florida out!

“Not Hill again! We’ll take another vote I guess”
    “No it was Brazil”
    ” Who???? Boot him!”

Lets see… fighting in Sep… battery in Oct… burglary in Nov… peppered the entire season with crime instead of yards gained…

Sad when afforded a very exclusive opportunity – playing football and going to school at LSU!!!… some young men choose this route.

Painful waste for such promising opportunity.

Where do you go from here? Maybe he doesn’t care.

SEC the only conference that has more arrests than graduates.

Coach Miles is a nice guy and wanted to give this kid a chance to turn his life around. Three to six weeks of “rehab” praying at some monastery in the hills and the kid will be ready to coach in the PAC-12.
