Junior college national signing day took place Wednesday and the big winner appears to be Auburn, which signed wide receiver D’haquille Williams, the No. 1-ranked JC recruit according to Rivals.com.
Williams is a 6-foot-3, 200-pounder from Gulf Coast Community College who was at one time committed to LSU. He was offered by all the big boys of college football, including Alabama, Florida State, Texas and Texas A&M. Clearly, Auburn’s turn-around season under Gus Malzahn has made quite an impression on the talented athlete.
