Last July, Florida State All-American Nick O’Leary was involved in what was described as a spectacular motorcycle accident that was caught on video. Just over eight months later, and sans a tape, it’s lather, rinse and repeat for the talented tight end.
Wednesday evening, head coach Jimbo Fisher confirmed reports that had surfaced that O’Leary was involved in a motorcycle accident. As a result of the accident, O’Leary will miss the remainder of spring practice with unspecified injuries.
From the sounds of it, O’Leary was — again — lucky to walk away with his life.
That's what witnesses have said. Shirtless, no helmet, wrecked at high speed and skid quite a ways. Tore up. Really bloody, nothing broken.—

I’m thinking that, in the future, the grandson of Jack Nicklaus might want to seriously consider a mode of transportation with at least four wheels underneath him.
That said, O’Leary is expected to full recover well ahead of the start of summer camp a couple of months down the road.
