North Carolina A&T player shot and killed in front of his home

Tragedy hit a small college football program in North Carolina late Tuesday night. North Carolina A&T linebacker Jermane Darnell Clark was shot and killed in front of his Greensboro home Tuesday night, according to The Charlotte Observer.

According to Greensboro police, Clark was shot during an argument but police are still in need of investigating the situation before determining what happened leading up to the shooting or a motive, if any. Clark was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Clark originally signed with Colorado before transferring back closer to home in 2012.
