For the most part, and barring last-minute flips, the destinations of the vast majority of the Rivals100 list are already known.
Of the 100 top players on that particular recruiting website, 79 have previously given verbal commitments ahead of National Signing Day 2015. That means, though, that there are 21 who have yet to make a commitment.
Of those 21, eight out of 34 Rivals.com five-star recruits have yet to pick a football program. According to Rivals’ list of announcements, seven of those will be holding public announcements Wednesday, the lone exception being Tennessee high schooler Drew Richmond (he’ll eschew the pomp and circumstance and simply be sending a fax to the school he chooses).
Below is the five-star octet list with their corresponding Rivals100 ranking, along with the programs still under consideration and the predictions for the players’ services. And, if those predictions are accurate, the Men Of Troy could supplant the Tuscaloosa Recruiting Juggernaut as the top class in the country.
