Arizona’s leading rusher listed as questionable for Colorado game

As Arizona looks to continue its bounce-back from back-to-back losses, the Wildcats could have to do so without one of its most potent weapons on the offensive side of the ball.

In the Week 6 thumping of Oregon State, Nick Wilson sustained an unspecified injury in the first half and didn’t return in the second half of the 44-7 win. On the Thursday injury report, the running back is officially listed as questionable with what was described as a foot injury for Saturday’s game against Colorado.

Wilson’s 682 yards rushing are currently second in the Pac-12 and 13th nationally. His eight rushing touchdowns are tied for 15th in the country.

If Wilson is unable to go, Jared Baker, third on the team with 267 yards rushing, would likely get the bulk of the running game load.
