Arizona wide receiver Cayleb Jones on Sunday joined the ever-growing list of underclassmen declaring for this spring’s NFL draft.
Jones made the announcement on his Twitter account.
I've decided to enter my name in the 2016 NFL draft! I am so blessed and thankful for this opportunity. Thank You GOD!

Jones’ teammate Scooby Wright announced his decision to turn pro immediately after the Wildcats’ New Mexico Bowl win over New Mexico back on Dec. 19.
An Austin, Texas, native, Jones signed with his hometown Longhorns out of high school in 2012 but transferred to Arizona after being charged with felony assault in the spring of 2013 for allegedly assaulting a UT tennis player in an altercation on Sixth Street. He was later placed on two years probation for misdemeanor assault.
Jones was a model citizen in Tucson, hauling in a team-leading 73 grabs for 1,019 yards and nine touchdowns for the 2014 Pac-12 South champions and again leading the club this fall with 55 receptions for 904 yards and five scores.
