VIDEO: As cheerleader, cancer survivor Leah Still steals show at Penn State’s spring game

There were quite a few highlights from a loaded spring game schedule Saturday, but absolutely none of them can compare to what happened at Beaver Stadium.

Devon Still is a former star Penn State defensive lineman just trying to find his way in the NFL. More importantly, he’s the father of Leah Still, a brave little girl who, since the age of four, has waged a very public battle against the insidious disease of cancer after being diagnosed in June of 2014.

In March of this year, Leah’s family was celebrating the five-year-old fighter being cancer-free for a year. A month later, little Leah was stealing the show as a cheerleader at the spring game of her father’s alma mater.

It doesn’t get much better than that. Ever.

God bless you, Leah. You, and your father, are true inspirations. Keep fighting that fight.
