It would appear former Oklahoma wide receiver John Humphrey has found a new place to call home. Humphrey announced on his Twitter account he is heading to Arizona State.
Humphrey announced his decision to transfer out of Oklahoma in April. He was expected to compete for a key role in Oklahoma’s offense in 2016, but instead he will be forced to sit out the fall due to NCAA transfer policies. He will be eligible to play again in 2017 with the Sun Devils. He earned Oklahoma’s Scout Team Offensive Player of the Year recognition last season as he sat out of on-field action during a redshirt year.
