Today in As the Baylor Football Program Falls Apart:
Former Bears signee Parrish Cobb, a four-star defensive back out of Waco, announced on Friday he has signed with Oklahoma. Cobb was among five Baylor freshmen granted his release last week, and Oklahoma was the other finalist along with Baylor when he committed on the eve of National Signing Day.

Cobb is one of 11 members of Baylor’s 22-man signing class that will not suit up for the Bears.
And, as if losing half of a once highly-touted signing class isn’t devastating enough, Cobb’s choice of destination underscores the other end of this double-edged sword for Baylor. Not only are the best players from their signing class not playing for Baylor, they’re leaving for Big 12 rivals.
Devin Duvernay, Donovan Duvernay, J.P. Urquidez and Patrick Hudson left for Texas. DeQuinton Osborne signed at Oklahoma State. And now Cobb at Oklahoma.
