Take that, Oregon.
Along with the Pac- 12 school, Baylor has been on the “cutting edge,” such as it is, when it comes to the uniform game in college football. The Bears, however, are stepping up their game by allowing fans to become involved in a part of the fashion process.
The school announced Thursday that fans can vote on one of three options the BU football team will wear for the team’s opener against Northwestern State Sept. 2 at McLane Stadium. Beginning today, fans can go to BU’s Twitter, Facebook and Instagram social media platforms to vote for one of three different uniform combinations.
“Option A includes the black helmet, a green jersey and black pants, while option B is a gold helmet, green jersey and gold pants and finally option C includes the green helmet, green jersey and white pants,” the release stated.
