BROWN RECRUITING CIRCUS HEADING TO CALI?

To piggyback off the posting of the esteemed and non-asshat Keith Arnold earlier this afternoon, running back Bryce Brown is apparently whittling down the list of schools from which he will make his final two official visits.According to The State newspaper, the top-rated player in the country is looking at taking visits to two of the following schools: Kansas State, Auburn, Tennessee, Miami and Southern Cal. The paper also reports that Clemson recruiters spoke with Brown’s handlers last week in an attempt to get themselves involved in the fray.At this point in time, though, there doesn’t seem to be a Clemson visit on the horizon for Brown. However, according to the Los Angeles Daily News, a visit to the Trojans is seemingly a foregone conclusion as he’s tentatively scheduled to be at the school on February 20. The Daily News said that date is not official, but it is the date USC would like to get him into town.Brown, who has already given a verbal commitment to Miami (Fla.), has until April 1 to sign a letter of intention.
