GEORGIA INKS ONE MORE RECRUIT

While Bryce Brown has been stealing most of the headlines since Signing Day came and went, there have been a few other high profile recruits to take their time declaring their intentions for college next season. One of those recruits, Kwame Geathers, a defensive lineman out of Carvers Bay High in Hemmingway, South Carolina is now off the board. That’s because Geathers signed his letter of intent to play with the Georgia Bulldogs next season, at a fairly orchestrated press conference at his high school this afternoon. (For more information than you’ll ever need, check out this live blogging of the announcement.)Geathers was down to Tennessee, Central Florida, and Georgia before finally deciding on the Dawgs today. He is a four-star prospect according to multiple recruiting services. The 6'5" 320 lb. lineman will start off as a defensive lineman, but many project him to end up as an offensive tackle. He is he 19th recruit to sign with Georgia this year.
