Just four days before their huge No. 9 versus No. 13 Stillwater showdown with Georgia, one that’s dripping with BcS implications, Oklahoma State learned they will be without one of their starting linebackers, Scout‘s GoPokes.com website is reporting.
According to the site, Orie Lemon suffered a torn ACL during practice on Monday and is expected to miss the entire 2009 season.
The senior has not yet used his redshirt, so he could return to the Cowboys in 2010.
With Lemon out of the equation, fellow senior Donald Booker appears likely to step into a starting role.
