‘Canes set to see secondary depth bolstered

With a game against Georgia Tech looming on the horizon -- a match-up that’s suddenly carrying a lot deeper implications than it did even four days ago -- Miami could very well see the depth in their secondary bolstered by the time next Thursday rolls around.

According to the Miami Herald, safety Vaughn Telemaque and cornerback Ryan Hill are expected to return from injury and play in the key ACC tilt.

“The doctor says he’s ready to go,” head coach Randy Shannon said in regard to Telemaque. “Ryan, it’s the same situation. If they don’t have any aches and pains today, then tomorrow they’ll go again. And if they’re fine, they should be ready to go.”

Both players suffered shoulder injuries during the final formal workout before the season-opening classic against Florida State.
