For those looking for an update on the health and status of Sam Bradford, there is none. Not really.
Bradford aggravated the injury to his throwing shoulder early on in Oklahoma’s loss to Texas Saturday. He left the field in the first quarter and didn’t return.
Head coach Bob Stoops, through a school spokesman, told Tulsa World that an update on the quarterback wouldn’t come until Thursday at the earliest.
It seems, at this point in time, very unlikely that Bradford would return at any point in the very near future. Or if he returns in a Sooner uniform at all.
