While it was successful, surgery to repair a torn ACL has left Naz Oliver‘s availability for the start of Tennessee’s 2010 season, the Knoxville News Sentinel is reporting.
The redshirt freshman defensive back suffered the injury in the Volunteers’ spring game last month.
A member of the school’s medical staff told the News Sentinel that Oliver will miss all of summer camp, but should be available at some point in 2010.
Oliver is probably most infamous for his shoplifting arrest early last November -- just a little over five hours before Tennessee took on Memphis.
