It’s painfully slow on the news end today (although ACC Media Days commence as well, and we’re trying to get some nuggets from Commissioner John Swofford), so that means we’re going to have to resort to desperate measures.
Thanks to Brett Vito of the Denton Record Chronicle, it looks like Oklahoma cornerback Marcus Trice is transferring from the Sooners to North Texas.
Oklahoma initially announced the transfer in March, although a destination was not know for Trice at the time.
Per NCAA transfer requirements, Trice will sit out the 2011 season.
