There’s some scary news to come out of the Houston today as Rice redshirt freshman receiver/quarterback Jordan Taylor has been involved in a car accident and will be out at least six weeks.
Coach David Bailiff said Taylor suffered a leg injury in the accident will keep him from participating with the team. No further details about the crash were provide.
Taylor went to Denison High School with former Texas A&M running back D.J. Jones, who was tragically shot and killed on Friday.
