At Georgia, what happens between the hedges definitely does not stay between the hedges.
As if a 24-10 loss to Georgia wasn’t bad enough for what has quickly turned into a disappointing start for the Mississippi State Bulldogs, a picture taken of a MSU player, um, relieving himself on the famous hedges of Sanford Stadium has found its way on to internet sports sites.
The photo (pictured right) is courtesy of Outkickthecoverage.com and completely sets a new bar for voyeurism. Look, there are acts of bodily nature that occur on a football sideline all the time of which we’d rather not see any photographic or video footage -- snot rockets, regurgitation, etc. -- but I can honestly say urinating on shrubbery in front of a 90,000 fans is a first.
But hey, when you gotta go...
The player looks to be defensive back Nickoe Whitley, although we’ll refrain from saying it’s him for sure.
Whoever it is, at least he got kicker Derek DePasquale (pictured, No. 40) to keep a lookout.
