Georgia likely down a receiver for the remainder of the year

Georgia wide receiver Rantavious Wooten has already missed some games this season due to concussion symptoms, and now it looks like the lingering effects of that injury are going to keep the junior away from the field for the rest of the season.

Following Georgia’s blowout win over Auburn, which has the Bulldogs one win away from heading back to Atlanta for the SEC title, coach Mark Richt said that Wooten would likely sit on the sidelines for the rest of the year because of that head injury.

Wooten had only played in three games this season, recording two catches for 39 yards and a touchdown.
