Florida State had to go all the way to Washington D.C., but Jimbo Fisher added another huge defensive tackle to what is quickly becoming a tradition of grabbing strong defensive line recruits.
Five-star DT Eddie Goldman announced this morning his intention to play for Florida State over offers from schools like Alabama and Auburn. Goldman is rated the No. 14 overall recruit by 247Sports (no. 3 DT) and No. 7 overall recruit by Rivals.
Again, a huge get for Fisher and the Florida State staff. The reaction in their war room was, as you could expect, more of a joy of explosion than anything.
