If we’re being frank -- and when are we not? -- I actually debated at some length about whether or not this was worth two minutes of your time. After deliberation, I’ve determined that, yes, a farm animal getting vaporized by a truck that just so happens to be carrying football equipment for Boise State is at least worth a peek.
Assuming you’re not grossed out by visuals of road kill, that is. If you are, now’s your chance to get out before your eyes start glancing down at the big picture below and sweet mother of Joseph!
Courtesy of Brian Murphy of the Idaho Statesman, we bring you what was a cow that has, unfortunately, found its way to the big ol’ pasture in the sky.
The accident happened early Wednesday outside Albuquerque. thankfully, no one was hurt (outside of you-know-who) and the trailer and its contents weren’t damaged. The truck was on its way to Southern Miss, where Boise State plays Saturday.
Sources have told CFT that Boise State later apologized to the cow’s owner, but the Mountain West released a statement saying that is inaccurate.
