This one is tough, kinda like deciding between the “Jammin’ Jalapeno” and the “Mango Habanero” at B-Dubs. You know, same, but different.
Both teams depend on their defense, rely on the running game and aren’t comfortable in their own yard.
Scouer all 35 bowl games and you won’t find an odder factoid than this: Michigan State (6-6) and TCU (7-5) combined for a grand total of zero conference victories at home this season.

As has become their custom, each squad needs to grind it out on the ground and control the clock to be successful.
Junior running back Le’Veon Bell would appear to give the Spartans the upper hand in that regard, but don’t sell the Horned Frogs short. Their efforts as a team haven’t been consistent, but the extra time to prepare figures to be of bigger benefit to youthful TCU.
