A year after failing to qualify academically at one FBS program, Jarvis McCall has landed at another.
McCall, the Arizona Daily Star reported, has signed with Arizona and will play for the Wildcats in 2013. The defensive back, who will likely play safety for Rich Rodriguez at UA, will be eligible academically after retaking the SAT.
In February of 2012, McCall signed with USF coming out of high school in Seffner, Fla., opting for the Bulls over the likes of FIU, Indiana and UCF.
A three-star member of that 2012 class, McCall was rated as the No. 51 safety in the country.
