Report: Alabama secondary coach headed to Louisville

One day after signing some of the top defensive backs in the country, Alabama is losing its defensive backs coach.

CoachingSearch.com is reporting on Thursday that Crimson Tide secondary coach Greg Brown is leaving for Louisville after just one season in Tuscaloosa.

He’ll coach the Cardinal safeties while former Florida State All-American Terrell Buckley will coach the Cardinal cornerbacks.

Brown is a veteran coach with stops at Wyoming, Purdue, Colorado, Arizona, and in the NFL with the Bucs, 49ers, Oilers, Chargers, 49ers, and Saints.

This is the third assistant coaching change for the Crimson Tide so far this offseason.
