It’s been the Season of Injuries in college football, but none may be crueler than this: Mississippi State linebacker Dez Harris will miss the remainder of the season after suffering a torn ACL for the third time in his career.
Harris was a bit player for the Bulldogs this season with nine tackles on the season before suffering his injury against Louisiana Tech Saturday. But one could excuse his slow start to the season as he worked his way back onto the field after overcoming a torn ACL against Auburn last season. And that he was on the field for that game is an accomplishment on its own after his first torn ACL, suffered at McAdory High School in McCalla, Ala., caused him to miss the remainder of 2012 and the entire 2013 season, according to the Jackson (Miss.) Clarion-Ledger.
Well it hit Twitter before I got a chance too but yes I just tore my ACL this past Saturday yes it's the 3rd time and yes I will be back!

Harris is the third Bulldog to tear his ACL this season, following safety Kendrick Market and long snapper Winston Chapman.
