VIDEO: ‘Bama feted yet again by the POTUS at the White House

If Nick Saban and Alabama keep this up, they’ll soon start receiving their mail in the Nation’s Capital. Or at least start paying taxes in the district.

For the fourth time during Barack’s Obama‘s presidency, the POTUS hosted a national championship Alabama football team at the White House. The latest Tide squad was feted by the President a couple of months after its win over Clemson in the College Football Playoff, the storied program’s first title under the new system put in place for the 2014 season.

The Tide’s other three trips during the Obama administration came after titles won in 2009, 2011 and 2012. “My first question is, coach, what took you so long? It’s been three whole years since I last saw you,” the POTUS quipped.

This will also be Saban and the Tide’s last trip to an Obama-led White House as our country has “this thing called term limits.”
