It has already been confirmed that Jacory Harris will miss Miami’s game Saturday. It appears, though, the Maryland game won’t be the only one the quarterback misses.
Citing a person with knowledge of the situation, the Associated Press is reporting that Harris will “almost certainly not” play in the Hurricanes’ Nov. 13 game against Georgia Tech. Additionally, there’s no guarantee that the junior will be available for the following week’s game against Virginia Tech, either.
Harris suffered what appeared to be a significant head injury in Saturday’s loss to Virginia. He was officially diagnosed with a concussion, and was ruled out of this weekend’s game earlier in the week.
True freshman Stephen Morris has already been named as the starter for the game with the Terrapins. It will be his first career start.
