November 13 of last year, Chester Su’a was arrested for failure to appear. Nearly one year to the day, it’s lather, rinse and repeat for the Washington State linebacker.
According to the Spokane Spokesman-Review, Su’a (pictured, No. 45) was arrested Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear. The warrant, which was issued Wednesday, stemmed from Su’a being a no-show for a hearing on a charge of driving without a license.
Su’a has played sparingly this season after starting two of the 12 games in which he played in 2012.
A school spokesperson told the Spokesman-Review that the junior is still a member of the football program, although they would neither confirm or deny that there was another legal incident involving the player.
